Packages start at $19.99 per month, per unit.
RESIDENTIAL PACKAGES
Keep your home comfortable throughout the year with regularly scheduled HVAC maintenance. Residential members receive four maintenance visits per year. Each plan covers one heating and cooling unit.
SILVER PACKAGE
Starting at $19.99/month
A straightforward preventive-maintenance plan for homeowners who want regular filter changes and cleaning.
- Change air filters 4 times per year (every 3 months).
- Clean coils 1 time per year.
- Test operation of system.
Additional charge for equipment older than 10 years.
GOLD PACKAGE
Starting at $29.99/month
All from silver package but adds more frequent coil cleaning and coverage for replacement of small electrical components.
- Change air filters 4 times per year (every 3 months).
- Clean coils 2 time per year.
- Change any necessary small electrical components (up to 2 per year, excluding main control board and fan motors)
- Test operation of system.
- Check amp draw on all electrical motors.

PLATINUM PACKAGE
Starting at $39.99/month
All from gold package but adds more coverage for replacement of additional components.
- Change air filters 4 times per year (every 3 months).
- Clean coils 2 time per year.

- Test operation of system.
- Check amp draw on all electrical motors.
- Change out TXV, reversing valve if needed (1 time per year, per unit)

Heating and Heat Pump Maintenance
- Inspect and lubricate bearings
- Inspect the heat exchanger
- Clean and adjust burners and pilot components
- Clean and inspect the blower assembly
- Inspect the air filter
- Check for unusual noises or vibrations
- Test system safety controls
- Check venting and drafting
- Check for carbon monoxide leaks
- Replace the thermocouple when needed and covered
Air Conditioning Maintenance
- Inspect and clean the condenser coil
- Inspect and clean an accessible evaporator coil
- Check refrigerant levels
- Inspect electrical connections
- Check amperage draw
Important Plan Information
All maintenance packages prices are per month, per unit. Additional charges apply for equipment older than 10 years according to the manufacturers date of manufacture. Services outside the selected package are billed separately. Repairs, system upgrades, additional testing, and components not specifically listed as covered may require additional authorization and payment. Final eligibility is subject to inspection of the equipment.
Maintenance packages do not cover damage from normal wear and tear, damage caused by rodents or other animals, damage resulting from work performed by other contractors or roofing companies, or failures caused by power outages, electrical surges, severe weather, or other events beyond AWC HVAC Services’ control. Damage resulting from natural disasters or other acts of God is not covered under any maintenance package.
